Cancellations are only accepted up to 7 days prior to your delivery date. This gives us time to rebook. Thanks for your understanding - see you at the beach!

We schedule delivery and pickup around your arrival & departure dates pending our availability. We aim for morning delivery on your first full beach day, but depending on our schedule, some deliveries may happen the afternoon of your arrival. Knowing your approximate arrival time helps us coordinate, and we'll communicate your drop-off time prior to your arrival.
Please make sure to choose your actual departure date and not your last beach day. Departure day is the morning we'll come by to grab it! Just leave it all stacked outside where we dropped it off. 🚗✈️
